# Nonsequitur
Scenarios: Nonsequitur 9/26 10-11am
Hello my lovely listeners! Another semester brings with it a wonderful hodge podge of emotions, issues, solutions, and best of all, new episodes of Scenarios! For this season, my show has moved to a new time slot and I hope you can join me there. This Saturday I felt no better way to kick off the semester than to embrace the chaos. Things have felt incredibly sporadic for me these days. I'm coming up on my graduation date, I'm transitioning (hopefully) into a new chapter of my life, where I begin exploring how to enhance my world. I'm fearful of many many things in this new season, but I am also feeling incredibly grateful for how much love and wisdom I have surrounding me every day.
Over the summer I did lots of things. I traveled a lot by bike and found new trails to overcome and be defeated by. I created songs and poems that only I will allow my own ears to hear, a sacred practice that I think we often forget to honor. I was selfish this summer and I was selfless. I helped people, and I asked for help. A lot of it. My summer was great because it was both completely my own and also belonged to no inch of me.
I spent my days walking with my mind, allowing it to sniff and sense every facet, every thought, every stimulus. A lot of it was routine. A lot of it was completely benign. Some of it was normal, most of it was not. All of it, if it were tabulated onto a graph, would appear as a bunch of outliers. A volatile vapid element. A non sequitur...
...Until you eventually zoomed out far enough that you'd see it was **always** a part of the equation.
Join me this weekend as we embrace things that feel "illogical" or "out of sequence", for it is those things that order and file us into the best versions of ourselves.
