If you joined us last weekend or did your due diligence and caught up via the archives, you'll remember that I intended to extend my programming of LA's music scene across multiple episodes. Los Angeles is a city that breathes identity, and that is especially apparent in the music it elicits. Today's also very exciting because we have some incredible submissions from LA talent! I had the honor of receiving some personable and very sweet emails from artists who were kind enough to share their musical creations with me, and by proxy, you! We'll be hearing from Royce (@/roycifer), Spencer with their project SpaceyY and an upcoming collab tape, and the band Plum, who's releasing a record in June dubbed *Together* and just released a double single last Friday. As we go through these submissions together, we'll also be visiting some more LA based music that I have curated over the years by attending local shows, chatting it up, or through just word of mouth.
