This week's scenario is one that looks back on my sailing of the Los Angeles music scene, mostly cultivated when I was busy doing a lot more concert photography, which is where I spent most of my time meeting new artists on a weekly basis. I was all over the county capturing memories! This week's set is by no means exhaustive; the LA music community is rich and teeming, and is as wide as it is tall. Consider this, if you will, a sort of lens (pun intended) you can see through. A lens that is my very own. This is my experience through the LA music scene, and though the feelings that come with it are not exclusive, the exact sound of it is personally curated through my own woes and wonders. This is my "Scenario", and it is my way of giving back to the city, county, and culture that made me who I am today. I owe a lot of my views and knowledge of art, culture, and humanity to the people I met who were (and continue to be) kind enough to take me in as their own. This is Quantoom's LA Lens.
